Weekly Meditation Online Class – Wednesdays at 12PM
A weekly gathering to return to simplicity, presence, and peace. Rooted in the Buddhist practice of shamatha, calm abiding, we’ll gently focus on the breath to settle the mind and open the heart. This session is accessible to all levels and offered freely as a space for collective stillness, awareness, and connection. Come as you are, take a moment to pause, and breathe with others in shared presence. Please bring: a cushion or something to sit on, and a mat to move on.
