SOUL LOVE: NEW MOON REIKI
Soul Love is a gentle, heart-centered virtual Reiki workshop led by Abbie Tesfay, designed to support participants in slowing down, reconnecting inward, and cultivating a deeper sense of self-love. This special offering is held in honor of the last full moon of the astrological year — the Full Snow Moon in Leo, a time associated with deep reflection, closing emotional cycles, and honoring stillness as a powerful aspect of transformation. The experience begins with a grounding meditation to help settle the nervous system and bring awareness into the present moment.
Participants are then guided through reflective journaling prompts that invite self-compassion, emotional honesty, and connection to what the soul may be asking for. The workshop concludes with a collective virtual reiki session, offering energetic support for release, clarity, and deep rest. Soul Love is an inclusive, nurturing space for rest and reflection. No prior reiki experience is required. Participants are invited to come as they are, with a journal and an openness to receive.

☠️ EGO DEATH: WEEK 1 ☠️ (Virtual)
EGO DEATH:A 3-Part Meditation & Self-Healing Workshop Series
A seasonal container for release, purification, and creative renewal
Week 1: There Is Love In You (virtual)
This three-week virtual meditation workshop series is offered during a time traditionally recognized in Tibetan Buddhism as the dön season — a period before the new year associated with heightened negative energy, karmic residue, and inner turbulence. Rather than avoiding this energy, we meet it with awareness, compassion, and skillful means.
Ego Death is an invitation to gently loosen identification with habitual patterns, fixated thoughts, and creative attachments — not to erase the self, but to soften its grip and return to love, clarity, and flow.
This series is designed for artists, creatives, and sensitive beings seeking expansion, renewal, and a deeper connection to their inner resources.
What We’ll Explore
Across three weeks, participants will be guided through:
Seated meditation and awareness-based practices
Purifying and grounding breathwork techniques
Self-healing tools rooted in somatic awareness and energetic hygiene
Working with crystals — both through physical stones and through cultivating their energetic qualities within the body
Practices for releasing emotional, energetic, and creative congestion
Techniques for meeting fear, doubt, and overstimulation with steadiness and kindness
Each session builds on the last, creating a cumulative arc of release → reframing → embodied action.
Weekly Themes
Week 1 — Ego Death: There Is Love In You
We begin by turning inward. This session focuses on releasing physical and energetic tension while reconnecting to the innate love and steadiness already present in the body. Through breathwork and guided meditation, we soften protective patterns and allow creativity to arise from a place of safety and care.
Week 2 — Ego Death: Flip the Script
This week centers on the power of speech, inner dialogue, and intention. We explore how language shapes the body, mind, and energetic field — and how conscious speech can help us release attachment, dissolve old narratives, and reorient toward clarity and possibility.
Week 3 — Ego Death: Just Do It
In our final session, we work with the overstimulated, over-saturated mind. Too many ideas. Too much input. Too much pressure. Through meditation and purification practices, we practice letting go — of excess, of urgency, of needing to decide — so that right action can arise naturally, or not at all.
Why Ego Death?
Creativity flows most freely when we are not clinging to outcomes, identities, or ideas of how things should be. By learning to recognize and release attachment — gently, compassionately, and seasonally — we create space for abundance, inspiration, and ease to return.
