RAINBOW ROAD: A Full Moon Aura Workshop
A Love Land Online Experience — Full Moon Next Month
Step onto the Rainbow Road — a guided journey into your energetic field, where color, intuition, and subtle awareness meet.
This full moon, we gather to explore the aura: how to sense it, how to cleanse it, and how to understand what it reveals about your emotional, spiritual, and creative life.
Through meditation, gentle energy work, and color-based reflection, you’ll learn to tune into your lightbody with clarity and ease. This is an intimate, supportive space for anyone interested in building energetic hygiene, developing intuitive sight, or simply reconnecting to themselves through a softer, more luminous lens.
In this workshop, you will:
Learn the basics of the aura and its energetic layers
Practice seeing and sensing your own aura
Experience a guided full moon aura cleanse + rebalance
Explore color meanings and intuitive interpretation
Reconnect to your natural clarity, groundedness, and inner brightness
Close with a creative reflection: journaling or drawing your aura
Why Full Moon?
The full moon illuminates what’s been hidden and amplifies clearing work.
It’s the perfect time to release heaviness, clear your field, and invite in renewed energy and expanded awareness.
Who This Is For
Creatives, sensitives, healers, beginners, or anyone feeling called to understand their energy on a deeper level.
Some experience recommended.
What to Bring
A notebook, something to draw with (optional), water or tea, and a comfortable place to sit.

On the longest night of the year, join Brooklyn-based interdisciplinary artist, music producer, and healer Tara Rook, founder of Love Land, for a special Winter Solstice edition of Magic Body—a transformative journey designed to unlock the magic within.
This immersive gathering is offered through Love Land, a creative wellness brand and online meditation studio devoted to helping you create a mindful life. For this solstice celebration, Tara will be joined by two incredible facilitators:
✨ Marissa Frazier — a Love Land teacher who will guide a Winter Solstice themed meditation, weaving breath and softness to open the body and soothe the mind.
✨ Abbie Tesfay — offering individual energy healing for participants throughout the experience.
Tara will be performing her original ambient music, including pieces from her healing album by Just Milk, “It’s Okay Honey, I Love You,” along with other unreleased works infused with binaural beats and solfeggio frequencies to cultivate magic, calm, and spirit.

What to Expect
We begin by arriving as a collective—checking in with our bodies, our breath, and the energetic stories we’re holding. You’ll be guided inward through meditation, gentle breathwork, and sensory grounding to bring the mind into stillness and the subtle body into alignment.
As you settle into deep rest, Tara’s healing soundscape will hold you while Marissa leads meditation designed to expand inner spaciousness and invite emotional softness. Throughout the session, Abbie will offer individual energetic support, helping release, rebalance, and gently realign.
In this spacious state, you will be invited to experience a full-body energetic unwind—opening the channels, softening stagnation, and reconnecting to your innate inner light.
We close by returning to the body with mindful presence, light stretching, group reflection, and a loving-kindness practice to seal your experience with compassion and clarity.
