Enjoy a short dharma reflection or mindful talk by a guest teacher
Engage in a simple creative exercise to spark insight and expression
Connect with others in small group discussions
Set a mindful intention or action to carry forward until the next gathering
Members join for free, while non-members are welcome for a small fee. This is a space to slow down, explore your creativity, and connect deeply with a like-minded community — all from the comfort of your home.
