A Love Land x Head Hi Gathering
Join us for a 2 hour guided walking meditation experience designed to awaken mindfulness, sensory awareness, and connection to nature, to community, and to your own steady inner rhythm.
We begin at Head Hi, a café rooted in intention and atmosphere, a space that invites you to slow down and arrive. Guests will gather for an opening beverage, gentle connection, and a brief intention-setting meditation. This moment allows us to put the phone down, soften the nervous system, and attune to the senses.
From there, we walk together to Fort Greene Park. Moving mostly in silence, participants will use a Love Land–designed illustrated map as a gentle guide for reflection and self-led inquiry along the path.
Walking meditation is not just walking slowly, it is a practice of returning. With every step, we synchronize breath and body. We regulate the nervous system. We widen awareness. We shift from doing to being. Over time, this simple practice can cultivate clarity, emotional balance, creative flow, and a deepened sense of belonging, to the earth beneath your feet and the community beside you.
We close back together, integrating the experience with warmth and conversation.
